Two teenage passengers were injured late Sunday in an side by side crash southeast of Alton. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash happened at 10:45 p.m. at the intersection of County Roads 224 and 223.
Troopers report the northbound 2025 Kawasaki KRX, driven by a 40-year-old Koshkonong man, slid through the intersection, struck a rock and overturned.

Two female juveniles, ages 16 of Rover and 17 of Koshkonong, suffered minor injuries. Both were taken by private vehicle to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment, the driver was not listed with injuries in the report..
