A two‑vehicle crash was reported at 11:42 a.m. Monday on County Road 2980, about six miles west of Mountain View.
Troopers say a southbound Dodge Caravan entered the northbound lane and struck a Ram 3500 head‑on.
Both vehicles were totaled.

The 34‑year‑old Caravan driver from Mountain View sustained moderate injuries and was taken for treatment by a private party. A 39‑year‑old male passenger in the Caravan suffered minor injuries and was transported by Mercy Ambulance.
