From West Plains City Utilities:
City of West Plains Electric crews will be working to replace electrical conductors between two poles along Porter Wagoner Boulevard on Tuesday, October 27, beginning at 7:00 p.m. This work will require a temporary power outage affecting a few businesses along Porter Wagoner Boulevard and a portion of residential customers on Burgoyne Drive.
Last week, crews replaced two power poles along Porter Wagoner Boulevard. Over the next several months, crews will continue replacing additional poles along the roadway as part of ongoing infrastructure improvements.
If additional planned outages are necessary during these pole replacements, advance notifications will be provided through the West Plains Utilities Facebook page.
