Izard County, AR – April 28, 2025 –
Sheriff Charley Melton has released the weekly incarceration report for Izard County, detailing the individuals who were taken into custody over the past week. As always, all persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The following arrests were reported between April 21 and April 27:

Jessica Adams, 39, of Mount Pleasant, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Allison Ogilvie, 61, of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on a warrant from the Izard County District Court for violation of the Arkansas hot check law.

Leonard Sparks, 29, of Salem, was arrested for domestic battery in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Larry Horton, 55, of Oxford, was arrested for failure to comply with the sex offender registry, terroristic threatening, and two counts of aggravated assault.

Raelyn Bonner, 36, of Violet Hill, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant from the Izard County District Court.

Joshua Huckabee, 33, of Mammoth Springs, was arrested for probation violations.

Phyllis Beavers, 56, of Melbourne, was arrested on a warrant from Mountain View for theft.

Russell Westmoreland, 45, of Sidney, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and parole violations.

Jake Williams, 22, of Sage, was arrested for probation violations.

Darlene Meadows, 54, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested for probation violations.

Shane Hill, 45, of Oxford, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kevin Lindner, 46, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant from the Izard County District Court and for driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Kaden Williams, 20, of Melbourne, was arrested for speeding and driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Billy Mortenson, 48, of Gassville, was arrested for failure to pay fines out of Lake View, speeding, and operating a vehicle with defective equipment.

Sabrina Cooley, 47, of Mountain Home, was arrested for probation violations.

Jimmy King, 26, of Batesville, was arrested for speeding, reckless driving, operating a vehicle with an obstructed windshield, DWI, and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
