Today’s Featured Pet of the Day is Kitty — a sweet, 1-year-old hound mix who’s waiting to steal your heart at the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri.
Kitty is truly something special. The staff swears she’s a one-in-a-million dog, and it’s easy to see why! She gets along wonderfully with everyone she meets — from kids of all ages to her fellow canine friends at the shelter.
She’s attended multiple public events and handled busy crowds like a pro, always listening to commands and staying calm and friendly. Kitty walks well on a leash, gives the best doggy kisses, and is truly the perfect companion for someone looking to add a little extra love to their life.
