Mountain Home, AR. – With the eclipse less than two months away, many organizations within the Ozarks are preparing for the influx of individuals likely coming in to the area in April. Party in the Path will be taking place in West Plains, the Buck Nelson Festival will be happening in Mountain View, and even the U.S. Forest Service released an address regarding the event. In recent days, it looks like Mountain Home, Ar. is also hyping themselves up as a prime viewing location.
This comes in the form of support from several community organizations; not the least of which is the Donald W. Reynolds Library, distributing eclipse viewing glasses to the public, and having educational programs on eclipses starting next month. In addition, the Forbes media company recently listed Mountain Home as one of the best locations in Arkansas for viewing the upcoming celestial event. Good resources for eclipse events in Mountain Home are the local Chamber of Commerce, and of course, the Library.
Whether you reside in Arkansas or Missouri, there will be many places to view the eclipse, and many events to choose from. In addition, with Party in the Path coming up in West Plains, don’t forget that Q94 will be your official radio station for any news regarding that event.
