WEST PLAINS, Mo. — The West Plains City Council approved the second phase of renovations to the Greater Ozarks Center for Advanced Technology (GOCAT).
City building official Dustin Harrison told the council the over $200,000 project is funded by a grant from the Delta Regional Authority.
