West Plains, MO. – If you’re a history buff, a lover of July 4th, or just an enjoyer of the spoken story, this upcoming event may be for you. The Ozark Spring Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will be hosting the program Dr. Rick Mansfield’s “Four Fourths and a Fifth” at the West Plains Public Library.
During the presentation, Mansfield has various props, costumes, and uniforms that he will be using as part of the storytelling in order to display five separate July 4ths in our nations history as a way to highlight the struggle and triumphs of those eras. At the end, Dr. Mansfield will stick around to take questions.
This event will happen at the West Plains Public Library on April the 2nd at 2:00 PM, admission is free. For more information, Cindy McKee-Pirch at 417 629 4102.
