Eleven incarcerated in Sharp County during weekly reporting period

Eleven people were incarcerated in Sharp County from July 6 through July 13, according to Sharp County Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson.

Larry Brown, 45, of Franklin, was arrested on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Sammie Grimes, 39, of Weiner, was arrested on misdemeanor failure to appear warrants related to charges of no proof of liability insurance through the Arkansas State Police, no proof of liability insurance through a local agency and defective equipment.

Mark Hopkins, 51, of Little Rock, was incarcerated on a parole or probation revocation.

Hurley Hunt, 40, of Cave City, was arrested on a charge of third degree domestic battery.

Kyle Jefferies, 18, of Ash Flat, was arrested on charges of fleeing, theft of property valued at $1,000 or less and purchase or possession of intoxicating liquor by a minor.

Trevor Kirk, 30, of Evening Shade, was arrested on charges of having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

John Lee, 62, of Springdale, was being held for another county or state.

Adam Pfluger, 25, of Ash Flat, was arrested on charges of theft of property valued at $1,000 or less and criminal trespass.

Daniel Sandefer, 43, of Hardy, was arrested on charges of second degree endangering the welfare of a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

Donna Sandefer, 41, of Hardy, was arrested on charges of second degree endangering the welfare of a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

Louis Townsell, 63, of North Little Rock, was incarcerated on a parole or probation revocation.

All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
