West Plains, Mo. – The former mayor of West Plains and his family have made a sizeable donation to the West Plains Education Foundation. The Foundation announced that it had received a $1,000 donation from the Jack and Inez Pahlmann family. The West Plains Education Foundation uses the funds to support programs like the West Plains High School Project Lead the Way. The funds will be used to enrich the educational experiences of West Plains students.
