According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated in the last two weeks. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Talon Blackhawk, 26 of Hardy, was arrested on January 6th on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.
Braylon Smith, 32 of Little Rock, was arrested on January 7th for probation violations.
Skylar Shrake, 22 of Batesville, was arrested on January 13th on a warrant to revoke probation out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Kevin Webster, 38 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on January 13th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for delivery of a controlled substance and maintaining a drug premises.
Covarribias Perez, 23 of Melbourne, was arrested on January 13th for criminal trespass.
Steven Ashworth, 29 of Melbourne, was arrested on January 14th for domestic battery 3rd degree.
Christina Brown, 51 of Wideman, was arrested on January 16th for probation violations.
Alona Mullins, 26 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on January 17th for failure to comply with the sex offender registry. At the time of this arrest, Mullins was out on bond from the Izard County Circuit Court on similar charges. That bond has been revoked.
Donnie Qualls, 61 of Calico Rock, was arrested on January 17th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court. for harassment. At the time of this arrest, Qualls was out on bond from the Izard County Circuit Court for terroristic threatening. That bond has been revoked.
Addison Black, 22 of Batesville, was arrested on January 18th for DWI and open container of alcohol.
Devin Cossey, 32 of Franklin, was arrested on January 18th for driving on a suspended driver’s license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
