Licking, MO. – The passenger of a Mustang was injured in a crash that occurred earlier today at 7:10am on US 63.
The investigator assigned to the crash was Trooper J.L. Dedmon of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.
Dedmon reports that a 2020 Ford Mustang crossed the center line, overcorrected, ran off the right side of the roadway, and struck a guard rail.
The driver of the Mustang was Gary Parks, 57 of Licking. Parks was not injured in the crash, but one passenger was. His name is Travis Fulton, 49 of Salem, MO. He suffered moderate injuries in the crash and was transported to Phelps Health in Rolla for treatment.
All involved were using their safety devices when the crash occurred, and the Mustang was extensively damaged.
