At 12:57 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026, resident Jerry Rau, DOC No. 302674, was pronounced dead at the South Central Correctional Center in Licking, Missouri.
Rau was a 55-year-old resident serving consecutive life sentences for two counts of first degree statutory sodomy from St. Francois County. Rau was received in the Missouri Department of Corrections on Jan. 31, 2007.
