Salem, MO. Crash Leads to Multiple Serious Injuries

Salem, MO. – Two people have been inflicted with serious injuries as a result of a crash that occurred yesterday, February 28th.

This crash took place at around 2:45pm on Missouri 19 at County Road 3283, which is around 3 miles north of Salem, MO. The crash involved one vehicle, a Toyota Camry, being driven by a 66-year-old female from Salem, Susan Wilson. In the crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and struck a pair of trees before coming to rest, becoming totaled in the process.

Wilson suffered serious injuries and was taken by Air Evac to Mercy in Creve Couer. An occupant of the vehicle, Michael Moser, 73 of Franklin, was also seriously injured. He was taken by ground ambulance to Phelps Health in Rolla.

This crash took place in Troop I territory, and was investigated by Trooper C.B. Townsend.
