Logan Dwain-Day Tarleton

With profound sadness, we announce the unexpected passing of Logan Dwain Day-Tarlton, who left this world on June 23, 2026, at the age of 21.

Born on October 1, 2004, Logan lived a life that, while far too short, was marked by laughter, unwavering loyalty, and a remarkable capacity to love others. Despite the hardships he experienced throughout his life, he chose kindness. He had a contagious laugh that could fill a room and a quick wit that always seemed to ease tension and bring smiles to those around him. Logan had a gift for making people feel welcome, seen, and loved.

He found freedom on his motorcycle, joy in music, and happiness in the people he loved most. Whether he was spending time with his girlfriend Magge, making memories with his family, or riding with his brothers and friends, Logan lived wholeheartedly. His loyalty ran deep, and those fortunate enough to be part of his life knew they always had someone they could count on.

Above all else, Logan loved his family. He was a beloved son, brother, twin, grandson, uncle, and friend. Though his absence leaves an unimaginable void, the love he shared and the memories he created will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Logan is survived by his parents, Tramond and Heather Day; his biological mother, Jaqueline Ducharme and her boyfriend, Garrett Jacobson; his grandparents, Bill and Karen Woolsey and Steve and Tracy Day; his great-grandmother, Janise Smotherman; his siblings, Maddy Prewett, Ciera Tarlton, Garrett Tarlton, Mickenzie (Evan) Day, Skye Tipton, Mathew Ducharme, Miguel Williams, and Harper and Addy Day; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his biological father, Dwain Ducharme; his great-grandfather, Ron Bettis; his great-grandparents, Floyd and Betty Barton and Hubert and Pauline Woolsey; his great-aunts, Debbie Reese and Elaine Clark; and his aunt, Bobbie Hall.

Although our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that love does not end with death. Logan’s laughter, his generous heart, and the love he gave so freely will remain with us always. He will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and endlessly loved.

If you knew Logan, you knew his laugh. You knew his loyalty. You knew that no matter what life had handed him, he still found a way to make someone else smile. While our hearts will never be the same, we are forever grateful for the twenty-one years that he blessed this world with and for the last 7 years that we were blessed to call him ours. We will miss him every day until we see him again.
