William “Jeff” Jeffery Jackson, a resident of Pomona, passed away at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, on June 4, 2024. Jeff was born to William “Bill” and Linda (Stubbs) Jackson and was 60 years old.
Jeff graduated from Cabool High School in 1981. He began working at the Brown Shoe Company in Houston and Cabool where he met his wife, Deanna Kay Melton. On April 11, 1986, they were married at the West Side Family Life Center where they attended church for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, woodworking, listening to Gospel and Old Country music, spending time with his family and friends, and especially his children and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Linda; his sister, Mary Leota; and two grandchildren, Theodore Gene McColgin and William Kholton Jackson.
He is survived by his wife, Deanna; his children, Dallas McColgin and wife, Christina, Tim Jackson and wife, Sam, Amber Calder and fiancé, Dalton Forester, and Cassie Collins and fiancé, Wes Morgan; and his sister, Debra Farr and husband, Ron. He is further survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

A visitation for Jeff will be held at Willow Funeral Home, LLC on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 10:00 AM. A graveside funeral service will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 11:00 AM with Pastor David Lovan officiating.
