The St. Louis Cardinals scored five runs in the bottom of the fifth to beat the Texas Rangers 8-1. Tommy Pham hit a pinch hit grand slam in his first game back with the Cardinals in a five-run fifth inning and Masyn Winn hit Max Scherzer’s first pitch of the game out of the park. Lance Lynn earned his sixth win after holding Texas to a run in five innings. Lynn has now beaten every Major League team.
