Wanted Gainesville Man Arrested, Felony Charges Pending

 
On January 26, 2022 at approximately 4 p.m., Corp. Nelson, Deputy Evans, and Deputy Dering of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office went to a residence off of W. Hwy 14 for a warrant arrest on Curtis Gray, age 28, of Gainesville, MO. While at the residence, a female individual stated that Mr. Gray was not at the residence. Mr. Gray was located hiding in the top of a closet in the residence. Mr. Gray was arrested and booked into the Douglas County jail on an outstanding Ozark County warrant. Mr. Gray has three felony charges pending, as well. The female individual has formal charges pending for felony aiding.
 
All suspects should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
