Howell County Sheriff Matt Roberts is asking for your help in locating 24-year-old Tyler Vincent Winters. His warrant is for a Failure to Appear for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree, Class E Felony.
Tyler Winters is from the West Plains area, and has lived in Hayti, Missouri, Clarkton, Missouri, Portageville, Missouri and Midway Arkansas in the past. He has relatives in Tallapoosa, Missouri.
