Lutie School District suspends in-person classes for spike in COVID-19 cases

Gainesville, MO – The Lutie School District has seen a spike in positive cases of COVID-19 and the administration has made the decision to suspend in school learning for the next two weeks. It is in the hope that this will prevent further spread of the virus.

 

While other viruses are going around, the administration and the Ozark County Health Department ask that people do not assume signs and symptoms are a cold or allergies. Symptoms of COVID-19 include: fever, cough, fatigue, headache, congestion, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle aches, loss or changes in taste and smell, chills, runny nose, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing.
